- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist with night audit duties as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
