You will utilize our database of resumes and third-party job boards to find candidates, working with each department to determine hiring guidelines and qualifications.
In addition to staffing industry experience, payroll processing experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities Staffing Manager Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with department leads to establish hiring standards Find suitable candidates on job boards and through other sources Conduct interviews with candidates Make sure all departments are properly staffed Handle the paperwork for accepted applicants Staffing Manager Requirements and Qualifications Recruitment experience Strong communication skills Experience with Microsoft Outlook Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Job Type:
