This position requires accurate and timely completion of all assigned office procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position
Responsibilities:
Process incoming referrals Eligibility Check / Insurance Benefits verification Submit referral documentation for review Coordinate with liaisons as needed regarding referral status, missing referral documentation, and other information needed Enter patient and referral contact information in Axxess Communicate patient assignments to the clinical team Schedule transfer and post-hospital orders Make referrals to home physicians if necessary Order and provide follow up on Durable Medical Equipment Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have experience working in a home health agency office Minimum high school diploma Must have strong computer skills Must know how to use AXXESS Excellent communication and organization skills Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
