The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduleing, electronic filing, managing client information, and social media posts.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, fast learner and have a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and interested parties to provide case status, schedule consultations, and take detailed notes.
Organize and maintain legal documents in an orderly fashion.
Provide administrative support to the attorney which include calendaring and electronic filings of court documents.
