This is an opportunity to help improve the processes in the defective merchandise that arrives in the Quality Control Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Write up defective merchandise on repair tickets - Contact vendors to advise on return authorization numbers and ship accordingly - Respond to any and all emails regarding repair quotes in a timely manner - Check in merchandise when it arrives back at the Corporate Office QUALIFICATIONS - Detail oriented - Strong organizational skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to communicate easily - Ability to be proactive TECHNICAL SKILLS - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel - Experience in Oracle ERP preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
